About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing financial services start-up. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the organizations culture, talent strategy, and people processes, partnering closely with business leaders to drive growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership teams to understand business goals and design effective people strategies.
- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management onboarding, performance management, engagement, learning, and retention.
- Lead organizational design, manpower planning, and workforce analytics to support business scalability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance coaching, team development, and employee relations.
- Support compensation planning, career frameworks, and succession planning for key roles.
- Work with leadership to nurture a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Collaborate with the HR operations team to streamline policies, compliance, and HR systems.
- Implement initiatives that improve employee engagement and strengthen the employer brand.
What Were Looking For:
- 8-12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in financial services, fintech, or start-up environments.
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, business partnering, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth set-up.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources from a reputed institution preferred.
