This role will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, act as an employee champion, and drive people initiatives aligned with the business strategy. The HRBP will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture, improving employee engagement, and partnering with leaders to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives. - Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives to build a positive work culture, enhance employee morale, and increase engagement. - Performance Management: Facilitate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, appraisals, and development plans. - Talent Management & Development: Work with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs, design development programs, and support succession planning. - Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies. - Change Management: Lead or support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption. - HR Operations: Collaborate with HR Ops and COEs (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, L&D, etc.) to deliver seamless HR services. - Analytics & Reporting: Use HR data and metrics to influence decisions and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
