
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as HR Business Partner for Sales teams, including field force, regional and zonal sales teams
- Drive manpower planning, hiring, and onboarding for sales roles across geographies
- Manage performance management cycles, incentive plans, and sales effectiveness initiatives
- Partner with sales leadership on talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential identification
- Lead learning & development initiatives for sales capability building
- Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management for the sales workforce
- Support implementation of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements relevant to field sales
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve productivity, retention, and engagement
- Support organizational change initiatives and HR projects aligned with business goals
