- 24 years of HRBP experience supporting sales or commercial teams.
- Industry: Pharma / Healthcare (open to FMCG or Consumer).
- MBA / PGDM from a Tiered B-School.
- Strong business acumen & data orientation.
- Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills.
- Agile, proactive & thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with ZSMs, DSMs & HO stakeholders to align business priorities with people outcomes.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance management & career progression.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps & drive learning/coaching initiatives.
- Support Talent Acquisition for lateral hiring & internal movements.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards & attrition insights.
- Champion culture & engagement through recognition programs & feedback loops.
- Ensure policy adherence & compliance.
- Open to travel up to 7 days/month for market & regional visits.
