Role Objective:
- The HR Business Partner (Sales) will serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to the field sales organization aligning business goals with people strategies, driving capability development, and enabling a high-performance, engaged workforce.
- This role provides deep exposure to business partnering across geographies and includes regular market visits to stay connected to on-ground realities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with ZSMs, DSMs, and HO stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into people outcomes.
- Drive the end-to-end employee life cycle for sales teams, including onboarding, performance management, and career progression.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and implement focused learning and coaching interventions.
- Support the talent acquisition team in lateral hiring and internal movements.
- Enable data-driven decision making through dashboards, reports, and attrition insights.
- Champion culture and engagement through recognition programs, feedback loops, and field connects.
- Ensure policy adherence and compliance in alignment with organisational values.
- Be open to travel up to 7 days per month for market and regional visits.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of HRBP experience supporting sales or commercial teams.
- Industry preference: Pharma or Healthcare; open to FMCG or Consumer sectors.
- MBA / PGDM from a Tier-2 B-School.
- Strong business orientation and comfort working with data and metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
