The mandate goes beyond traditional business partnering - it sits at the intersection of HRBP, Total Rewards, and People Analytics.
You would be a strong fit if you have:
- Worked as an HR Business Partner with exposure to Total Rewards
- Managed compensation cycles including benchmarking, bonus, and merit planning
- Built or worked with HR analytics and dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Education: Full-time MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Role scope:
- Ownership of compensation and rewards
- Driving people analytics and insights
- Experience: 8-12 years
- Location: Mumbai
