Location: Mumbai / Chennai
Experience: 5 to 7Years
Role Summary:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business growth for a leading opticals/retail eyewear organization. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives across performance, engagement, talent development, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across retail and corporate functions
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and talent reviews
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR policy implementation
- Partner with TA teams to support store-level and corporate hiring
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR processes
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, Must have experience in Optical.
- Strong exposure to multi-location workforce management
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
