
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and high-energy HR professional who can effectively manage a dual-impact role across Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement. This role requires a proactive "go-getter" who can drive hiring while also being the face of HR at the Head Office, fostering a high-performance and engaging work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Leadership:
- Act as a key driver for employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, events, and internal activities.
- Demonstrate strong communication, oration, and presentation skills to effectively convey company goals and align teams with business objectives.
- Design and implement innovative engagement programs to enhance employee morale, productivity, and retention.
- Partner with leadership to ensure alignment of engagement initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Promote a positive and high-performance culture within the Head Office environment.
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate Office roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates aligned with the organization's culture and pace.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in HRBP / Talent Acquisition / Employee Engagement roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in corporate hiring and employee engagement initiatives.
- Self-driven, energetic, and capable of taking ownership.
