Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing HR solutions that address organizational challenges.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure and improve employee performance and engagement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent while ensuring a diverse candidate pool.
- Oversee employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and performance management systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR analytics and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
