HR Business Partner With one of our reputed Manufacturing client in Mumbai we have an opportunity for - Role Name: HRBP - Grade /Designation: Senior Manager / AGM - Reporting to: Vice President - HCM - Function: Human Capital Management - Location: Mumbai Role Summary: - Support managers in managing employee relations issues, including grievances, and conflict resolution. - As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with the VP-HCM for aligning the human resources function with the business strategy and objectives of the organisation. - You will work closely with the leadership team and functional heads to provide HR guidance, support, and solutions that drive employee engagement, operational excellence and performance. - Your role will involve strategic HR planning, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR policy implementation. Job Description: - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's business objectives. - Partner with leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective workforce plans to attract, develop, and retain high-performing professionals. - Drive the recruitment and selection process for various roles, ensuring the right talent is hired within agreed timelines. - Collaborate with external learning and development partners to design and deliver - Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and work with managers to implement performance improvement plans when necessary. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their HR-related concerns, and ensuring a positive employee experience. - Monitor and analyse HR metrics related to employee turnover, diversity, employee engagement, employee promoter score and propose data-driven solutions to enhance HR effectiveness. - Stay updated with industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide strategic HR recommendations. - Work closely with the VP-HCM on Compensation and Benefits benchmarking, roll-out of ESOPs, GPTW survey, Focussed Group Discussions and talent management initiatives. Education, Experience & Skills: - At least 10 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a focus on supporting various functions within a growing manufacturing or construction industry or Renewable Energy/Power Sector (preferable start-ups) - An MBA in human resources from an institute of repute - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India. - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand the business drivers and its impact on the organisation's bottom line. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with leaders, managers, and employees at all levels. - Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and mentor managers to improve performance and employee engagement. - Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for varied roles. - Familiarity with BSC or OKR based performance management processes and tools to drive performance improvement. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data to inform decision-making. - Proficient in implementation of HRMS - Proficient in MS Excel and Power point. - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
