The HR Business Partner - Manufacturing & Operations will lead the end-to-end HR agenda for Production, Supply Chain & Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, Stores, and Administration functions. This role will drive people strategy aligned with business priorities while strengthening organizational capability, employee engagement. The position requires a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who can operate effectively within a matrix organization, balancing global initiatives with local business needs while ensuring high standards across all HR subsystems. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership 1.Partner with Manufacturing & Operations leadership to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals. 2.Provide strategic and tactical HR direction to support organizational growth and transformation. Collaborate with the India HR Director to drive key global and local HR initiatives. Organizational Development & Change Management 1.Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives. 2.Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance. 3.Drive organizational effectiveness through engagement surveys, performance initiatives, and succession planning. Talent Management & Workforce Development 1.Strengthen talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. 2.Build leadership capability through coaching and development programs. 3.Ensure a strong talent pipeline and succession planning framework. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations 1.Manage labor relations proactively, including participation in collective bargaining processes. 2.Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues. 3.Ensure compliance with labor laws, agreements, and organizational policies. Stakeholder Management & Communication - Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and functional leaders. - Maintain effective communication in a global matrix environment. - Drive employee engagement, DE&I initiatives, and cultural alignment. Key Requirements - Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting Manufacturing/Operations functions. - Strong exposure to Industrial Relations and Employee Relations in a plant environment. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, matrix organization. - Strong organizational design, change management, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication, leadership coaching, and influencing abilities. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of work experience preferably in an MNC into HR generalist role in a Factory with a strong understanding of all HR functions balancing both Human Resource and Industrial Relations initiatives and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Factory HR leader.
