MBA / PGDM in HR with 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industry as HRBP
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting organizational objectives and growth plans.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations for corporate/Mumbai location.
- Drive talent management, manpower planning, and support recruitment activities for key roles.
- Facilitate performance management cycles, goal-setting, competency mapping & career development.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Partner with plant HR teams for coordination, HR governance, and standardized policies.
- Support L&D initiatives-training need analysis, leadership development & capability building.
- Drive HR analytics, dashboards, headcount reporting & data-driven HR decisions.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, HR audits & statutory requirements.
- Support organizational change, restructuring, and HR transformation projects.
- Strengthen HR processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, talent management & ER practices.
- Experience working with manufacturing setups preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with maturity and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel & HR systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence leaders.
