Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Mumbai

Industry: Healthcare / Hospital

Reporting To: Head - Human Resources / HRBP Lead

Department: Human Resources

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR People Partner (HRPP) to support our hospital's dynamic workforce through performance management, strategic workforce planning, and employee lifecycle interventions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing PMS cycles, driving HR strategies, and facilitating end-to-end employee engagement (excluding recruitment).

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management

- Design, implement, and manage the annual Performance Management System (PMS) cycle

- Facilitate goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and alignment of KRAs with departmental objectives

- Support leadership in performance calibration discussions and capability building on feedback and performance evaluation

- Analyze PMS data and generate insights for leadership reporting and workforce development

Strategic HR Planning

- Collaborate with business heads to align HR strategy with the hospital's operational goals

- Identify organizational design needs and provide inputs for succession planning and skill gap analysis

- Partner with finance and operations for budgeting of manpower and workforce cost optimization

Manpower Planning & Employee Lifecycle

- Create and maintain manpower plans in line with clinical and non-clinical workforce requirements

- Drive interventions around employee engagement, role clarity, internal mobility, and career pathing

- Support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires (excluding recruitment)

- Implement exit feedback mechanisms and analyze attrition trends for leadership insight

HR Policy & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and assist in periodic policy reviews

- Act as a bridge between employees and leadership for grievance resolution and employee relations

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent (Reputed Institute)

- Experience: 3-10 years in HR roles, with strong exposure to Performance Management, Strategic HR, and Manpower Planning, preferably in healthcare/hospitality/service sectors

- Proven experience in managing PMS cycles independently

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across functions

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR dashboards, Excel, and HRMS platforms
