
HR Business Partner
Job Summary:
- This is an individual contributor (IC) role with a gradual transition into team leadership, eventually overseeing HR operations for approximately 250 employees.
- The ideal candidate will have GCC experience and a strong background in HR strategy, employee engagement, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and CHRO to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks that enhance employee experience and performance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies effectively.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs in alignment with market benchmarks.
- Support leadership in driving change management and organizational transformation.
- Prepare for the future expansion of the role by developing leadership and team-handling skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of HRBP experience, preferably in the GCC region.
- Proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, and business partnering.
- Strong understanding of GCC labor laws, HR compliance, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and transition into a leadership role over time.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
