Key Responsibilities:


Culture & Values Stewardship

- Act as a custodian of the organisations culture; ensure values are reinforced in every people process.

- Partner with leadership to embed behaviours around collaboration, ownership, resilience and nonhierarchical working.

- Develop the Employee Value proposition


Employee Engagement & Experience:


- Design and implement an annual employee engagement roadmap - pulse surveys, listening mechanisms, manager connects, and action planning.

- Run engagement initiatives tailored to highintensity teams (e.g., deal teams, clientfacing functions) to address burnout, wellbeing, and motivation.

- Collaborate with leaders to track sentiment, promote recognition, and build team rituals that reinforce belonging.

- Partner with HR Ops to ensure seamless onboarding experiences and integration for new hires.

- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees; provide support on workplace challenges, conflict resolution, and behaviour issues.


Learning, Talent Development & Manager Capability :


- Focus on employee development to support the business strategy

- Strengthen manager effectiveness through targeted sessions on feedback, conflict handling, psychological safety, and performance conversations.

- Support career path and individual development plans for employees across levels.


Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D&I) :


- Develop and execute the organisations D&I strategy across gender, representation, accessibility, and inclusive culture.

- Track D&I metrics and recommend actionable interventions to leadership.


People Processes & HR Governance:


- Support performance cycles with a strong focus on fairness, transparency, valuesalignment, and manager coaching.

- Ensure policies remain reflective of an inclusive and progressive culture.

- Maintain governance, documentation, and adherence to HR compliance standards.


Key Skills & Competencies:


- Strong culturebuilding orientation and deep listening ability

- High emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship management

- Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching, and influencing skills

- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
