Job Description: HR Business Partner

Company: Financial Services

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: CHRO

Experience: 5-10 years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Role Overview:

Ashika Group is seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the people agenda and business growth. The role involves partnering closely with business leaders and the CHRO to drive HR initiatives, culture, performance, and talent practices across the organization.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are available to join immediately or within a very short notice period.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with business heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

- Support manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organizational effectiveness discussions.

- Act as a trusted advisor for talent and people-related decisions.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

- Work with recruitment teams to close open positions quickly and efficiently.

- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and early engagement of new hires.

- Support hiring for critical and leadership roles.

3. Performance Management:

- Drive the complete PMS cycle: goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

- Guide managers on performance discussions and capability development.

- Manage PIP processes when required.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

- Implement engagement initiatives and R&R programs.

- Conduct employee connects, surveys, and action plans to improve workplace culture.

- Champion a collaborative and inclusive environment.

5. Employee Relations & HR Operations:

- Handle queries, grievances, and conflict-resolution with sensitivity and fairness.

- Oversee HR operations, employee documentation, policy implementation, and exit processes.

- Maintain MIS, HR dashboards, and compliance requirements.

6. Learning & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D initiatives with internal teams.

- Support leadership development and skill-building programs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Experience as an HRBP in BFSI, fintech, broking, or related sectors preferred.

- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of HR processes, PMS, engagement, and ER.

- High ownership, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and growing environment.
