Establish strong working relationships with department heads and managers to understand their specific HR requirements - Serve as a coach and consultant to the departmental heads and managers as well as other employees on key organizational and management matters - Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures consistently. - Lead projects focused on continuous improvement and change management initiatives - Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment and addressing conflicts effectively. - Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders. Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. (Fraud, POSH, Data Breach and Conflict Management) - Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes. - Collaborate with the team in developing and executing a lifecycle approach to people management focused on forecasting, staffing, development, on-boarding, performance management, retention, succession planning, talent movement, and leveraging workforce insights and analytics - Leverage workforce insights and analytics in order to focus on relevant people management issues while assessing potential strategies and solutions.
