Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner professional to partner closely with business leaders and drive end-to-end HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

The role will work closely with business and functional leaders to ensure effective people strategies aligned with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as an HR Business Partner for designated business functions and work closely with business leaders on people-related matters.

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, transfers, grievances and exits.

- Drive HR analytics, dashboards and MIS, providing actionable insights on headcount, attrition, manpower costs, productivity and other people metrics.

- Support annual manpower planning, workforce budgeting and organizational planning in partnership with business stakeholders.

- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, continuous feedback and PIPs.

- Support managers in handling employee relations, performance and workplace-related issues.

- Drive employee engagement and communication initiatives to strengthen employee experience.

- Support compensation benchmarking, salary analysis and HR cost projections.

- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, SOPs and processes.

- Manage HR compliance requirements, including coordination around contract workforce and labour-law compliance.

- Work with HRMS/technology teams to improve and automate HR processes and reduce manual intervention.

- Identify opportunities to leverage HR technology, automation and AI for improving HR processes and decision-making.

- Support talent acquisition and workforce requirements as part of the broader HRBP mandate, rather than as a standalone recruitment function.

- Manage HR projects and process-improvement initiatives across the organization.

Eligibility:
