
Description:
- Lateral Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions with a focus on low-cost hiring channels.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining high hiring quality and adherence to TAT.
- Utilize mixed sourcing channelsHR direct sourcing, employee referrals, and consultants.
- Drive regular interactions with internal stakeholders to identify hiring needs and future manpower gaps.
- Ensure zero escalations from business teams regarding hiring delays or process gaps.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with department heads and business managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain smooth communication and alignment on recruitment progress and hiring priorities.
Internship & Apprentice Program:
- Conduct campus interviews and drive hiring for internship and apprenticeship programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and training partners.
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for interns and apprentices.
Digital Platform Implementation:
- Support the timely implementation, integration, and HR module utilization of Darwinbox (HRMS).
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution and process alignment.
Training & Development:
- Plan, organize, and manage SME/Corporate training programs as per annual learning calendars.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for pre-training and post-program evaluation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for all new joiners.
- Ensure timely development, updation, and standardization of PPTs and training content.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives for the corporate office.
- Manage Mediclaim engagement activities, ensuring smooth communication and employee awareness.
- Drive policy updates and PAN-India communication through quizzes, awareness drives, and campaigns.
- Coordinate sports activities, fun-at-work events, and cross-functional engagement programs.
- Prepare and maintain monthly engagement calendars and reports.
Third-Party Payroll Management:
- Manage payroll processing for off-roll employees in coordination with payroll vendors.
- Ensure zero statutory compliance deviations across all payroll activities.
- Resolve payroll-related queries within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure data accuracy for payouts, reimbursements, and F&F settlements.
Vendor Management:
- Maintain an active pool of recruitment and HR service vendors.
- Oversee vendor payments, agreement renewals, and end-to-end compliance requirements.
- Perform annual vendor evaluations based on performance metrics and feedback.
- Manage the new vendor empanelment process, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
Documentation & Audit:
- Maintain all recruitment vendor agreements, contracts, and documentation PAN-India.
- Issue internship letters and maintain proper record-keeping.
- Ensure version control, data confidentiality, and audit-readiness of all HR documents.
- Support internal and external HR audits with required documentation.
Exit Interviews & Attrition Analysis:
- Conduct exit interviews for all resigning employees in a structured and confidential manner.
- Capture qualitative and quantitative insights to identify attrition trends.
- Link exit feedback to corrective action plans and retention strategies.
- Work closely with leadership to improve retention of key and high-potential talent.
SOPs & Policy Implementation:
- Develop and regularly revise SOPs and policies to align with organizational requirements, enhance efficiency, and support seamless implementation of HR initiatives.
Desired Experience:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment lifecycle, and training coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel, HRMS tools (preferably Darwinbox), and documentation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
