
Position: HR Business Partner-Corporate Functions (Leading MNC Manufacturing Firm)
Role:
- Partner with the Sr. Leadership to understand Corporate Group priorities and align HR strategies, & interventions accordingly.
- Benchmark with best in class on people practices, productivity, talent acquisition & management engagement & retention etc,
- Attract the right talent par with organizational/ role requirements / culture & values - assertive, open, standup with conviction.
- Identify key talent, draw-up career growth programs for them
- Review HR processes, simplify, standardize to bring in efficiency & agility.
- Have strategy, framework to equip people to be future ready and rollout L & D interventions / programs
- Create talent pool data base proactively so that we can support businesses for on time hiring
- Work with Head - HR, Corporate Group on enhancing people productivity
- Work closely with the Head - HR on HR partnering initiatives for the Group
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including Manpower planning
- End-to-end talent acquisition
- Onboarding, orientation & induction of new joiners
- Performance management and annual reviews
- Passionately drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusive work culture
- POSH compliance & redressal
- Own & drive HR connects / job chats
- Own & drive Employee engagement initiatives / projects
- Learning & development interventions to upskill, adopt new technologies and A I
- Retention of people / talent
- Drive campus hiring and induction programs.
- Ensure effective employee communication and engagement across the function.
- Act as an employee champion, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop & maintain strong employee relations
- Lead and support HR transformation initiatives and business-linked HR projects.
- Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.
- Support in performance management, compensation etc
Requirements:
- MBA in HR from A + grade business school
- 3 - 6 years as HR Business Partner in a reputed process driven organization
- HR functional acumen in talent acquisition, reviews, management and L & D
- Customer centricity
- People person
- Empathy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exposure to D E I & POSH Compliance
- Digital Savvy
