Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own HR CoE frameworks in specific domain(s) (eg. Total Rewards, Performance & Talent Management, Employee Experience, HR Technology).
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs and Shared Services to ensure rollout and adoption of CoE-led initiatives.
- Analyse data, trends and insights (eg. attrition, engagement scores, performance outcomes) to shape strategy and interventions.
- Design and deploy HR programmes: e.g., reward & recognition, leadership development, succession planning, performance management system, digitisation of HR processes.
- Standardise HR policies, processes and operations across business units to ensure efficiency, compliance and fair practices.
- Manage project lifecycle: from concept, design, pilot, implementation to evaluation & continuous improvement.
- Lead change management: communicate new programs, train stakeholders, monitor adoption, address resistance.
- Prepare dashboards, reports and business reviews to track KPIs and ROI for HR interventions.
- Vendor/partner management (where relevant) for external tools, training, analytics or consulting services.
- Mentor and build capability within the CoE team and across HR function to raise functional expertise.
