Key Responsibilities:

1) Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.

2) Stakeholder Coordination & Follow-ups: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of HR processes and continuous follow-ups.

3) Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with central HR teams including recruitment, L&D, payroll, and operations to ensure seamless HR support.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in financial services or similar high-paced environments.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRMS platforms.
