Candidate Profile :
- Experience : 12+ years in HR, preferably with significant HRBP experience in large B2C / sales-driven organisations.
- Experience in managing large field-sales / frontline workforce is highly preferred.
- Candidates from Paints, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Adhesives, Waterproofing, Cement or related industries preferred.
- Strong exposure to Sales HR / Field HR / Business HR.
- Proven experience managing multiple geographies and large employee populations.
- Strong understanding of manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, retention and HR analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior Sales & Business Leadership.
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - B2C to manage HR operations and business partnering for a large 700+ field-force employee base across India.
The role will lead the HRBP function for the B2C business and will be responsible for driving HR strategy, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, retention and HR governance across all four zones.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the strategic HR Business Partner for the B2C / Sales & Distribution business.
- Manage HR requirements for 700+ field-force employees across multiple regions.
- Lead and coordinate HRBP activities across North, South, East & West Zones.
- Four Zonal HRBPs will report directly to this position.
- Partner with Sales & Business Leaders on manpower planning, organization structure and workforce productivity.
- Drive sales-force hiring, deployment, manpower budgeting and succession planning.
- Monitor attrition, retention, absenteeism and employee productivity across the field organisation.
- Drive performance management, goal setting, appraisal cycles and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives for field teams.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and HR interventions in coordination with business leadership.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and statutory requirements.
- Analyse HR dashboards/MIS covering headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, vacancies, employee cost and manpower movement.
- Identify critical talent and build succession plans and talent pipelines for key sales positions.
- Support capability building, training and leadership development for field-force teams.
- Drive HR initiatives related to organisational change, culture and employee experience.
- Ensure strong coordination between Corporate HR, Zonal HRBPs and Sales Leadership.
