Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner in Pune, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with various teams, including leadership, managers, and employees, to provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ultimately impacting employee engagement, retention, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.

- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention.

- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee performance and growth.

- Facilitate talent management activities, such as succession planning and leadership development, to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, informing HR strategies and initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks for the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Proven expertise in managing employee relations issues and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.

- Strong ability to design and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Adept at managing the performance management process to drive employee performance and growth.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

- Deep understanding of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Ability to effectively work in an on-site environment in Pune.
