Key Responsibilities:
1. Career Management:
- Conduct career conversations.
- Create and manage individual career plans
- Support role movements and placements after Year 1
- Align participant aspirations with business requirements
2. Talent Management:
- Manage performance across multiple stints (Stint 1, 2, 3)
- Drive mid-year reviews, confirmations, and Year 1 evaluations
- Ensure high-quality project assignments aligned with business needs
- Support full-time role placement post completion of Year 1
3. Learning & Development:
- Design and implement leadership and functional learning programs
- Coordinate with internal learning partners and businesses
- Plan induction programs, CXO sessions, and development interventions
- Nominate participants for external competitions and leadership forums
4. Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement initiatives (summits, happy hours, CSR stints, outbound programs)
- Manage pre-joining engagement for new batches
- Strengthen collaboration and community building among participants
5. Internship Program (GIP):
- Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and project allocation
- Conduct regular check-ins and engagement activities
- Coordinate evaluations and conversion decisions
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Liaise with business leaders, HR leaders, and internal HR portfolios
- Manage external vendors for learning and engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with corporate communications and social media teams
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Experience in Learning & Development program design and execution
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
- Program and project management capability
- Employee engagement and event management experience
- Ability to work across multiple businesses and geographies
Experience & Background:
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
- Experience in HR, Talent Management, Leadership Programs, or Campus Relations
- Exposure to working with senior leadership preferred
