Location - Navi Mumbai
The People Business Partner will be responsible for a wide range of strategic and operational HR functions:
Strategic HR
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align the HR strategy with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to support the GSC's growth ambition.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management.
- Define a proactive approach to understand risks and mitigate Attrition.
Talent Management
- Enable the effective performance appraisal process and enforce organization guidelines through discussions with people managers.
- Implement career development and succession plans in partnership with Talent & Development (T&DD).
Compensation
- Lead the Annual Compensation Review linked to the Talent heatmap.
- Own the deployment of the Rewards & Recognition framework for the business unit.
Employee Engagement
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Own the GPTW survey and action planning with end-to-end implementation.
- Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture.
Training and Development
- Define and partner on an effective learning & development plan in liaison with GSC leaders and the L&D COE.
- Identify training needs and enable development plans for employees.
- Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Organizational Culture & Support
- Develop an organizational culture that emphasizes customer centricity, collaboration, and positive work relationships.
- Be a liaison between the GSC team and various HR COEs to ensure requisite support.
- Periodically review the system, structure, and the people of the company and take corrective measures.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Experience: At least 13 years of core HRBP experience, with 2-4 years leading a team.
Education: MBA from a premier institute (Tier 1/2)
