Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong hands-on expertise in Talent Acquisition and exposure to HR Operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to support hiring needs, drive recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless HR processes while building strong stakeholder relationships. This is a Mumbai-based onsite role requiring excellent communication, people skills, and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

- Drive employer branding initiatives and strengthen the talent pipeline.

- Manage recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

HR Business Partnering:

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business units by supporting workforce planning and talent decisions.

- Collaborate with managers on performance discussions, team development, and HR initiatives.

- Support and execute HR policies, employee engagement activities, and organizational development interventions.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and internal teams.

- Provide guidance on HR processes, employee concerns, and compliance matters.

- Ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

HR Operations:

- Support onboarding, documentation, HR data management, and employee lifecycle processes.

- Work closely with the HR Operations team to ensure accurate and timely execution of HR activities.

- Maintain employee records and assist in HR audits and compliance checks.

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Business Partnering.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage high-volume hiring.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience working in mid to large-sized organizations or fast-scaling teams.

- Exposure to HR systems, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.

- Experience in both strategic and operational HR work.
