
HR Business Partner
Description: We are urgently seeking a proactive and solution-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership & Alignment
- Business Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to designated business unit leaders, implementing HR strategies that directly support and accelerate operational and business objectives.
- Organizational Development (OD): Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management efforts to enhance efficiency and prepare the workforce for future growth.
2. Talent Management & Acquisition
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Own the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, collaborating with leaders to define requirements, execute sourcing strategies, and ensure the timely hiring of top-tier talent.
- Retention & Planning: Develop and implement effective retention strategies, proactively identifying key talent and contributing to formal succession planning frameworks.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Conflict Resolution: Expertly manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policy.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the organization is in full compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations in the Mumbai region, mitigating legal risk.
- Policy Governance: Develop, maintain, and communicate operational HR policies and procedures clearly and effectively across the business.
4. Performance, Development & Culture
- Performance Management: Lead the execution of the full performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end appraisals), coaching managers on effective feedback and development conversations.
- Employee Engagement: Design and drive robust employee engagement, culture-building, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Identify critical skill gaps and support the implementation of targeted employee development and training programs.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse key HR metrics and workforce data (e.g., turnover, recruitment efficiency, engagement scores) to identify trends, enhance workforce planning, and inform senior leadership decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience serving in an HR Business Partner or comprehensive HR Generalist role.
- Location & Shift: Must be able to Work from Office in Chembur, Mumbai for a 6-day work week (Day Shift, Sunday Off).
- Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and familiarity with HR analytical tools
