- Support the HCM Region Head in driving HR strategy, reviews, and organizational planning.
- Manage manpower planning and recruitment to ensure timely hiring within budget.
- Coordinate performance management cycles and assist in implementing appraisal outcomes.
- Identify and address learning needs through coordination with L&D teams.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to support succession planning and talent development.
