We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Wealth Management business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in hiring high-calibre Bankers and Product professionals, along with a deep understanding of business alignment, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. This role is critical in driving our talent agenda and supporting business growth through people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Bankers and Product teams within Wealth Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and proactively build talent pipelines
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and internal TA teams to ensure TAT and quality
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding team dynamics, challenges, and goals
- Work closely with line managers to influence, coach, and support them in people decisions
HR Strategy & Execution:
- Align HR strategies with business goals and act as a key driver of organizational change
- Develop and implement workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Drive engagement initiatives to build a high-performance, value-driven culture
- Address grievances and act as a key point of contact for HR-related issues in the business vertical
Performance & Rewards:
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits teams to manage the appraisal process and salary benchmarking
- Guide managers through performance conversations and development plans
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and compliance standards
- Maintain data-driven dashboards and HR metrics for business reviews
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7-10 years of experience in HRBP or Talent Acquisition roles, with significant exposure to hiring in Wealth Management
- Strong network and understanding of talent in Banking, Investment Advisory, and Financial Product roles
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and influence decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
