
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR :
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives
HR Compliance and Policies :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Advise management on HR-related legal and regulatory matters
- Design, maintain & enhance HR policies to support the demography of shared services
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management
- Define proactive approach to understand risks & mitigate Attrition
Talent Management:
- Enable effective performance appraisal process & enforce organization guidelines through discussions with people managers
- Enable and implement career development and succession plans in partnership with T&DD
- Lead the Annual Compensation Review linked to Talent heatmap
- Own deployment of Rewards & Recognition framework for the BU
Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Own GPTW survey, action planning with end to end implementation
- Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture
Training and Development:
- Define & partner on effective learning & development plan in liaison with GSC leaders & L&D COE.
- Identify training needs and enable development plans for employees
- Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies
- Development of an Organizational culture that emphasizes customer centricity, collaboration and positive work relationships.
- Be liaison between GSC team & various HR COEs to ensure requisite support
- Periodically review the system, structure and the people of the company and take corrective measures.
