
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the digital evolution of our HR function within the fast-paced Building Material industry. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between human capital strategy and cutting-edge technology, overseeing the end-to-end implementation of HR automation initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional leadership, IT stakeholders, and external vendors to streamline complex workflows, ensuring our digital infrastructure supports a high-performance culture.
By driving process efficiency and leveraging data-driven insights, you will directly impact operational agility and employee experience, positioning our organization at the forefront of HR innovation in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale HR digital transformation projects to replace manual, legacy processes with automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HRIS implementations, specifically focusing on SAP HCM optimization to ensure data integrity and seamless system integration.
- Drive business process improvement by auditing existing workflows and redesigning them to reduce administrative burden and improve service delivery for all stakeholders.
- Spearhead change management initiatives to ensure high user adoption rates for new HR technologies, providing training and support to diverse teams across the business.
- Utilize advanced HR analytics to translate raw data into actionable workforce planning insights, enabling leadership to make informed decisions regarding talent deployment and organizational structure.
- Oversee robust data management protocols to ensure compliance, security, and accuracy in all HR-related reporting and system configurations.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex HR technology projects, with a deep understanding of SAP HCM and modern HRIS ecosystems.
- Proven ability to lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives, translating technical requirements into business-friendly solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into strategic workforce planning recommendations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and navigating change management in a fast-paced, on-site industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a good institute is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating high adaptability to the evolving needs of the building material sector.
