The overarching performance objective of this role is to improve employee experience through reduced employee effort and better workplace practices. This objective will be realised as follows: a. As part of the HR Analytics portfolio, the incumbent will be expected to compile, structure, and analyze data to derive conclusions that help improve and streamline HR practices b. As part of the HR Automation portfolio, the incumbent will be expected to identify automation opportunities, build, operate and improve the HR Tech stack that will impact employees across all digital touchpoints. Building and maintaining vendor relationships will be a key aspect of this role. Summary of Responsibilities : - Improve HR processes with data and statistics to analyse trends, patterns, and inferences - Prepare data results (or data visualizations) to present findings to senior leadership - Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics - Identify automation requirements and map them to existing or new HR Tech solutions - Identify product gaps and build extensions for them based on internal feedback and market intelligence - Create and validate configurable workflows for HR Tech stack - Training users on use of HR Tech stack Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR Analytics and/or HR Automation projects - Statistics background with exposure to analytics tools will be a plus - Master's degree in HR (MBA in HR preferred) - Ability to work collaboratively on teams and consult effectively and independently - Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment - Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives - Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions - Effective written and verbal communication skills Appario is an equal opportunities employer.
