
Description: We are looking for a strategic HR professional to join our HR Analytics & Compensation Management team. The role focuses on workforce analytics, budgeting, AOP planning, compensation benchmarking, and incentive design. it is a strategic CoE role that partners closely with HR leadership and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Analytics & Insights:
- Build and maintain HR dashboards, scorecards and KPI trackers (attrition, productivity, manpower planning, hiring trends, cost of talent, etc.).
- Deliver data-backed insights to support HR strategy and business decisions.
- Conduct trend analysis, predictive modelling and scenario planning.
- Lead analytics for AOP workforce planning and talent cost estimates.
2. Compensation & Rewards Management:
- Support design and implementation of compensation structures, pay bands, and internal equity analysis.
- Participate in annual compensation review, market benchmarking, and salary survey analysis (Aon, Mercer, etc.).
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on comp-related decisions during hiring and promotions.
- Ensure governance and compliance with compensation policies.
3. Incentive & Variable Pay Programs:
- Contribute to the design and review of incentive plans, performance-linked bonuses, sales incentive schemes, and productivity frameworks.
- Run payout simulations, cost modelling and ensure alignment with business targets.
- Track effectiveness of incentive programs through data analytics and performance metrics.
4. Budgeting & AOP (Annual Operating Plan):
- Support manpower budgeting for all functions/business units.
- Validate and track talent costs against approved budgets and forecast variances.
- Drive cost-optimization insights without compromising talent quality.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with HR leadership, Finance, HRBP teams, and Business Heads.
- Present insights, decks and recommendations to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM (HR or Analytics) from a top B-School (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
- 35 years of experience in HR Analytics / C&B / Rewards / HR Strategy roles.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, HRIS analytics).
- Understanding of compensation frameworks, salary structures, benchmarking & incentive plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data.
