About the Role: Are You the One?:
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Brand Partnership Executive/Senior Executive & Strategist with a proven ability to build strong partnerships, develop impactful strategies, and execute high-performance campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and tactical expertise to strengthen our partnership network and advance our market leadership.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with publications, agencies, and key stakeholders to identify integration, co-marketing, or co-selling opportunities.
- Drive the full lifecycle of partnership development, such as market mapping, outreach, negotiation, execution, and management to maximise value.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables to ensure alignment and clarity for both internal and external management.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to internal management.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 3 year experience in strategic partnership.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset can evaluate data to drive decision-making.
- Self-starter with high ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Existing network in the U.S. real estate or proptech space.
- Understanding of U.S. housing market dynamics and industry regulations.
