Role Overview:

The AGM - Retail Sales plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by analyzing sales data, identifying market trends, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize and monitor visits for Specialty-based RSMs & TSMs

- Collate and integrate feedback from Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

- Support development of marketing materials and collaterals for specialized segments

- Define team targets in alignment with revenue budgets and management goals

- Track weekly target achievements and ensure consistent performance

- Plan and oversee expense reimbursements with strict budget adherence

- Conduct daily review calls with RSMs and supervise daily TSM calls

- Generate franchisee and network leads in collaboration with KOLs

- Drive weekly review meetings with RSMs & TSMs to ensure accountability

- Secure strategic marketing media to enhance retail visibility

- Perform in-depth sales data analysis to identify growth opportunities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the B2C sales team to achieve objectives

- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to maximize retention and growth

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in sales performance metrics and market trend analysis

- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Leadership: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2C sales leadership roles

- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software, market analysis tools, and consumer sales insights
