Description:
- Drive sales and business growth for HORIBA Bio & Healthcare products (Hematology/ Biochemistry etc.) across Gujarat.
- Identify, develop and manage key customer accounts (Hospitals, Diagnostics, Lab Chains, etc.).
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business expansion in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners and end users.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and participate in scientific/medical events.
- Provide market feedback and support marketing initiatives for product positioning.
- Coordinate with Service, Application, and Marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- 7-15 years of sales experience in Medical Devices / Diagnostics / Healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in sales within Gujarat region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
