HR Business Partner


Job Description:


- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for Production, Operations (Manufacturing), S&OP, and Quality Control teams.

- Align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring smooth workforce planning and talent retention.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing HR insights for decision-making

- Provide guidance on labor laws, compliance, and company policies to minimize risks.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture.

- Aligns business objectives with employees and management for the designated business function to attract, develop and retain employees.

- Serves as a trusted dedicated consultant/advisor to employees, management and senior leaders on HR related issues.

- Acts as an employee advocate and change agent by proactively assesses assessing the client's HR-related needs and provides efficient and timely resolution.

- Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the client and the business' financial position, mid/long- term goals, objectives, culture, and performance.

- Leads talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee development, to ensure a pipeline of top talent and a high-performing organization.

- Conducts thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with all pillars of HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

- Collaborates with HR colleagues and other functions to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.


- This includes international colleagues/counterparts to ensure alignment off HR initiatives, knowledge sharing and best practices.


- Occasional domestic travel within the United States and international travel may be required as needed.

- May provide training, coaching, and mentoring to local HR Support when applicable.
