Opportunity:
Were looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to own our digital acquisition engine end-to-end.
You will manage budgets, drive channel strategy, and optimise performance across paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS funnels, data-driven experimentation, and revenue-focused execution.
What will you be working on?
Strategy & Budget Management:
- Own the overall performance marketing budget and ensure efficient ROI across channels.
- Plan quarterly/monthly budget allocation across Google Ads, social ads, affiliates, and experiments.
Paid Acquisition (Google Ads, Social, Affiliates):
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Manage paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, and other relevant channels.
- Build and scale affiliate/partner marketing programs and track performance.
- Drive continuous A/B testing: ad copy, landing pages, creatives, bid strategies, and audiences.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and produce weekly/monthly dashboards.
- Report impact on CPL, CAC, pipeline, revenue, and channel ROI.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with content, design, SEO, sales, and product marketing teams to provide insights to improve messaging, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Align paid campaigns with GTM goals, product launches, and marketing calendars.
Vendor & Tool Management:
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and affiliates.
- Evaluate and optimise the MarTech stack for measurement, automation, attribution, and bidding.
What are we looking for?:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in B2B SaaS (mandatory).
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel budgets and driving pipeline.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, experimentation, and attribution models.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Nice To Have:
- Experience with ABM or enterprise SaaS funnels.
- Prior experience scaling spend in a high-growth environment.
