Position Overview:
As the Manager - Digital Transformation, you get an opportunity to shape the future of Lakme Lever. You will be responsible for driving digital & other business transformation projects, ensuring that we build technology as a moat for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Transformation:
- Develop & execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure adoption of digital assets & leverage of the same across the ecosystem
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiencies through digital technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies across the organization.
2. Change Management:
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Collaborate with teams to drive change initiatives and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and sustainable practices.
3. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation and sustainability projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Mitigate risks and issues that may arise during project implementation.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, teams, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate progress, results, and the business value of transformation and sustainability efforts.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in transformation.
- Implement performance measurement systems and KPIs to assess the impact of projects.
6. Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to identify solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementation.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital transformation projects, ensuring data security, compliance, and business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business management, or a related field
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in driving digital transformation in Retail/ related fields.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
