Primary Responsibility:
- He/ she is responsible for meeting targets and building a consistent pipeline for growth.
- Primary job responsibilities of a BDM/BDE would include : Execute NSO( all formats) and have successful salon launches with in the defined timelines.
Job Description:
Salon openings and competition updates:
- Delivering quality salons and recruitment of BP as per Lakme standards
- Ensuring SOP adherence wrt to salon opening and following the TAT for each line in the process
- Participating in opportunities for lead generation and update the internal backstage on competition development.
- Relationship management-Engaging & partnering with the network for growth with existing BP
- Collaborate with internal and external team for successful salon launches
Cost Orientation
- Delivering the targets within the defined budgets
Quality Orientation:
- Ensuring adherence to SOP wrt to salon opening and recruitment of right BP
- Build a positive eco system both internal team and with BP's
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key Results Area):
- Responsible for delivering new salons & renewal/re negotiations/ re locations of COCO as per the
company goals
- Driving new salon growth, delivering all new salons on time and as per quality standards.
- Ensuring adherence to SOP wrt to salon openings
- Responsible for intake of right BP in the eco system.
