
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Strategic Accounts to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Enterprise SaaS solutions, coupled with experience in managing a high-performing sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive new business acquisitions and manage strategic relationships to achieve our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members meet their targets and professional development goals.
- Business Development: Actively hunt for new business opportunities through prospecting, conducting demos, and closing deals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and drive growth in strategic accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, present, and close deals effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for hunting new deals.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment is preferred.
