Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Manager will oversee quality assurance activities, ensure product excellence, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
- Control all quality assurance activities by establishing norms, procedures, systems, and documentation, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Conduct wet chemical analysis of competitor products for market study in collaboration with the sales team and nutritionists.
- Track quality complaints and implement effective solutions to eliminate root causes.
- Inspect and maintain standardized quality for raw materials used in production and the final product delivered to customers.
- Take corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Support new product and commodity development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in a relevant field.
- 10-15 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in manufacturing or the agro-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and analytical methods.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
