Role: The Candidate will lead the IPR role for Hike and report to the General Counsel.  Responsibilities :   The Candidate will be required to :   - Manage Hike's IPR portfolio and end to end IPR operations  - Mange Patent Lifecycle Management  - Handle patent planning and screening processes  - Perform patent searches, patent drafting and filing, patent prosecution and analytics  - Work with developers and inventors to generate ideas for projects and patents (IP Harvesting)  - Advice management and developers on IP related matters  - Research on complex IP issues  - Participate in technology planning, creating patent landscape maps, conducting white space analysis of patent, etc.  - Participate in innovation activities and innovation centric programs.  Qualifications :   - B. Tech /M. Tech /PhD from a reputed institution with and experience in Patent Portfolio Management.  - LL.B. from a reputed institution.  - 4+ years of relevant and hands on experience in IPR with special focus on patents  - Experience in drafting patent applications.  - Experience in performing prior art searches  Desired Qualifications :  Specialization in field of software/ mobile applications/ technology platform
