CA with US GAAP and US Listing Location: Mumbai - MBP (Ghansoli) Experience: 3 Years to 14 Years (Post Qualification - CA) Job Description: 1. Working on various monthly / quarterly / annual - financial reporting in accordance with US SEC regulations under IFRS/USGAAP. 2. Participate in the preparation for the US Listing. 3. Strong experience in IFRS & SOX. 4. Good experience in USGAAP. 5. Good experience in SEC filings. 6. Participate in the month-end close process, month close accruals for designated Units. 7. Reporting of financials into HFM and preparing Flash / MIS reports, Variance Analysis. 8. Prepare / Monitor balance sheet schedules. 9. Liaise with statutory, tax, GST and internal auditors. 10. Review of vendor and customer contracts. 11. Prepare Standalone and Consolidated Financials. 12. Knowledge of SOX framework, implementation will be added advantage. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant Experience: 5-10 years post qualification (CA) work experience in Finance & Accounts. Special Skills: 1. Knowledge of ERP (Oracle, People Soft, SAP) is must. 2. Incumbent should have knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS. 3. Communication skills (written and verbal). 4. Ability to build network and collaborate with cross- functional teams. 5. Interpersonal skills, Result orientation, Analytical skills.
