Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Leader to oversee project delivery for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform engagements.

- The ideal candidate will bring exceptional delivery practices, ensure client satisfaction, and drive delivery-led growth across a portfolio of customers and accounts.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage implementation and managed services projects while ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Excellence:

- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.

- Implement and refine delivery frameworks and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.

- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.

Client Engagement & Thought Leadership:

- Develop and execute a framework for regular engagement with customers to share thought leadership and industry insights.

- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with their business goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform for business transformation.

Portfolio Management:

- Manage a portfolio of customers and accounts, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives.

- Track and report on project performance, revenue, and margins across the portfolio.

- Collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities for delivery-led growth.

Delivery-Led Growth:

- Drive growth within accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on delivery outcomes.

- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to align delivery capabilities with customer needs.
