Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving employee grievances and retain talented workforce. Role demands: - Provide people strategy support to Business Unit leaders - Focus on employee experience - Provide advisory support to managers on people issues - Drive employee development initiatives - Responsible for PMS implementation and post-performance review decisions. - Employee Communication and policy education programs - Design and participate in employee communication programs - Generate, analyze and present data on people aspects of business for decision making.
