- Account Planning: Developed comprehensive account plans and implemented effective revenue growth strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Proven track record in pipeline generation with a high conversion ratio to contracts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborated with Delivery, Recruitment, and Finance teams to ensure revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Engagement: Provided insights and engaged customers on technology stacks including AI, Data, Cloud, and ADMS.
- P&L & Contract Management: Owned P&L and managed contracts for assigned portfolios and regions.
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, including preparation and presentation of reports to leadership
