Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of account management experience, owning account(s) / revenue targets
Meticulously achieve / exceed revenue targets every quarter and consistently build strong pipelines for upcoming quarters
- Strong experience in the business development life cycle, from lead generation, inbound & outbound strategies
- Rolodex for US region with strong connections to influencers and decision makers
- Proven track record in pipeline generation and high conversion ratio to contracts
- Excellent skills in account mining, deploying multi-fold strategies to expand regional / account footprint and revenue growth
- Driving customer relationships for the entire portfolio, mapping to all levels in the customer organization, from SVPs to line managers
- Building account plans and implementing revenue growth strategies for the portfolio / region
- Technical insights to engage with customers on various stacks including AI, data, cloud, ADMS
- Coordinating with various functions like delivery, recruitment, and finance to ensure revenue generation and customer satisfaction
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and preparing and presenting reports to leadership
