Designation: Head of Finance for Domestic Subsidiaries

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with experience in the field of Corporate Finance, FP&A, Indirect Tax, Direct Tax, Costing, Pricing and Banking

Key Responsibility Area:

- The role is responsible for end-to-end finance, treasury, taxation, compliance, plant finance, regulatory reporting, banking relationships, and strategic projects including ERP implementations.

- The incumbent will ensure robust financial controls, statutory compliance, efficient working capital management, and support to management in decision-making.

Job Description:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business growth.

- Drive capital allocation, funding structure, and return optimization.

- Provide financial insights for strategic decisions, pricing, expansion, and investments.

- ERP (SAP) implementation and digital finance transformation.

Financial Reporting & Controls:

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure.

- Oversee preparation of MIS reports and performance monitoring

- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance framework

- Lead statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit processes

- Oversee credit rating process and stakeholder submissions

Treasury & Banking Management:

- Ensure effective cash flow planning, liquidity management and vendor payments

- Optimize working capital cycle and funding mix.

- Lead banking relationships, credit facility renewals, and limit enhancements, Lead negotiations for new banking facilities and term loans.

- Ensure compliance with financial covenants

- Monitor forex exposure, and hedging strategy.

Accounts Receivable & Payable Governance:

- Oversee end-to-end receivable management and credit control

- Monitor ageing, debtor recovery, and credit risk.

- Ensure efficient payables management and vendor payment controls

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure robust GST compliance, Provide oversight on transaction structuring and tax positions. Monitor and manage GST litigation and notices.

- Supervise tax audit and ITR filings, ensure proper Transfer Pricing compliance, Oversee advance tax planning and optimization, Manage income tax assessments and litigation exposure.

FEMA, SEZ & Export Regulations:

- Oversee FLA & APR filings

- Ensure SEZ compliance (APR, monthly reporting)

- Supervise RODTEP and other export incentive compliance

- Monitor other regulatory filings

Plant Finance & Cost Governance:

- Monitor plant-level financial performance and overhead structures.

- Oversee plant finance activities and build strong processes

- Review inventory management and cost controls

- Guide pricing decisions through cost analysis

- Monitor monthly costing and GC analysis

- Ensure margin protection and cost optimization initiatives

Commercial & Contractual Oversight:

- Provide financial review of major customer and vendor contracts

- Ensure risk-mitigated commercial structuring
